I graduated from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a minor in Artificial Intelligence Systems. I was drawn to how technology, data, and systems thinking can transform everyday operations—even home cleaning.

After graduation, I joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), spending six years in their consulting division advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation, process optimization, and scaling operations.

Those lessons became the blueprint for CFBP.
